2008 • 98,619 sf mixed-use Glomac HQ offices, Tabung Haji Tower, & residential apartments in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (DD/SD/CD) • Developed site plans, modified parking ramp, and enlarged public conference area per client requirements • Revised parking ramp to allow a larger ground floor area for a conference hall • Proposed a curved roofline to evoke Glomac’s corporate logo.
2008 • 137,000 sf 12-storey Batu Kawan Holdings Sdn Bhd Taiko Menara KLK HQ ground-up offices in Mutiara Damansara, Selangor, Malaysia (SD/DD/CD) • Produced designs for parking lot guardhouse, selected finishes for lobby halls and elevators, and detailed property line fencing • Implemented brand standards and angular designs consistent with proposed building design criteria.
2014 • Tourneau in New York, NY (CD) • Produced variations of storefront design details and renderings • Assisted in As-built drawings and RCP design.
2014 • 3,334 sf Michael Kors flagship at San Francisco Center in San Francisco, CA, USA (SD/CD) • Produced and coordinated CDs to preserve existing historic ceiling • Integrated millwork lighting and linear slot diffusers within millwork fixtures’ porcelain surfaces.
2016 • 5,035 sf Kate Spade flagship at the Rockefeller Center, in New York City, NY (Survey/DD/CD/CA) • Performed as-built survey input, 3D-modeled existing mezzanine to depict re-demise and cut-back scope to provide 2nd means of egress • Provided LULA elevator, detailed and coordinated CDs and achieved Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) approvals • Addressed RFIs on door hardware, gold-colored grout, and polished brass fire extinguishers cabinet • Exceeded client expectations by delivering quick solutions and maintaining project schedule during corporate merger.
2013 • 9,544 sf Famous Footwear flagship at Las Vegas Showcase Mall in Las Vegas, NV, USA (SD/CD/CA) • Produced and coordinated CDs resolving structural issues discovered after pre-construction meeting.
2015 • 2,335 sf Hu Kitchen restaurant fit-out in Greenwich Village, New York, NY (Survey/SD/CD) • Hand-sketched storefront designs, coordinated new storefront structural beams with engineers, and detailed systems • Drafted stair sections and new RTU curb, detailed food counter sneeze guards and interior dining area elevations • Expressed organic brand identity with natural wood interior finishes • Delivered successful Grand Opening and acquired repeat clientele.
2015 • 3,301 sf Dig Inn Seasonal Market restaurant fit-out on 1178 West 28th Street, New York, NY (SD/CD) • Detailed storefront sections and elevations for LPC approvals • Detailed trim to match existing historic mullion trim • Arranged fixtures to meet occupancy requirements and egress clearances • Preserved historic character of storefront mullion trim for Landmarks approval • Successful Grand Opening resulted in repeat clientele.
